Horse & Human Wellness Clinic 11/8 at Misty's Mission Stables
Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 8AM-3PM at Misty's Mission Stables in Nowthen for our Horse & Human Wellness Clinic!
5633 Verde Valley Road NW, Nowthen MN 55303
This November Wellness Clinic is designed as a hands-on, educational experience for horse owners interested in exploring the connection between physical and mental wellness—both for themselves and their horses. My intention is to provide a comprehensive introduction to a variety of body and mind practices, allowing participants to gain insight into holistic approaches to care and connection.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through sessions that include equine bodywork, chiropractic care, energy work, yoga, meditation, and art therapy for people. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and interact with experienced equine wellness professionals, observe their work, and ask questions about the specific modalities and techniques they use. Whether you're curious about how a certain approach works, how to integrate it into your horse’s routine, or what signs to look for in your horse’s body language, this is your chance to learn directly from the experts.
This clinic is ideal for those who are new to these practices or looking to broaden their understanding in a welcoming and collaborative environment. You’ll leave with a deeper awareness of integrative care, helpful tools you can apply in daily life, and inspiration for fostering a more mindful, balanced relationship with your horse.
We welcome learning from Dr. Sarah Haggbloom, Leda Harris Mox, Melissa Hanson, Andrew Seifert, Karrie Rodriguez and Ashley Messer.
