3 Day Spring Horse Day Camp Tuesday, 3/31- Thursday 4/02


Join us for our 3 Day Horse Day Camp from 10AM - 3PM!


Cost is $275/ rider. We will only have 15 rider spots available for this 3 Day Horse Camp. Parents are free to audit the days activities.


Our 3 Day Horse Camps are designed for riders ages 8 - 15.

Parents need to stay for 30 minute orientation to Understand safety & day planning

Pick up campers by 3PM

Horse Camp – 3 Day Schedule

Drop-off: 10:00 am sharp

(Please arrive by 9:45 am for check-in)

Pick-up: 3:00 pm


DAY 1 – Horse Basics (Safety, Grooming, Tack)

9:45–10:00 Arrival & check-in

10:00–10:15 Parent meeting: liability, safety, schedule, pick-up

10:15–10:35 Campers tour the farm, meet animals, intro to grooming & equipment

10:35–11:00 Full grooming & horse anatomy session

11:00–11:30 Groundwork demonstrations in the arena

11:30–11:35 Western saddles & tack learning in the barn

11:35–12:00 Leading horses & groundwork in the arena

12:00–12:15 Gaming pattern demonstrations in the arena

12:15–12:30 Snack break

12:30–1:00 Group A riding & games

1:00–1:30 Group B riding & games (groups switch)

1:30–2:00 Lunch & group bonding activity

2:00–3:00 Art Activity (1 hour):

“Meet My Horse” — drawing/painting favorite horse, labeling parts, colors & tack

3:00 Parent pick-up


DAY 2 – Riding Skills & Horse Care

9:45–10:00 Arrival & check-in

10:00–10:15 Safety review & daily overview

10:15–10:35 Grooming review & equipment check

10:35–11:00 Advanced grooming & anatomy (hooves, legs, care)

11:00–11:30 Groundwork patterns & obstacle introduction

11:30–11:35 Saddling & tack fitting

11:35–12:00 Leading & control exercises

12:00–12:15 Gaming pattern walkthrough

12:15–12:30 Snack break

12:30–1:00 Group A riding & games

1:00–1:30 Group B riding & games

1:30–2:00 Lunch & group discussion

2:00–3:00 Art Activity (1 hour):

Horse show prep crafts — horse-themed crafts & journaling

3:00 Parent pick-up


DAY 3 — Horse Show Day

9:45–10:00 Arrival & check-in

10:00–10:15 Safety talk & horse show expectations

10:15–10:35 Grooming for show & presentation tips

10:35–11:00 Anatomy review & horse health check

11:00–11:30 Groundwork warm-ups in arena

11:30–11:35 Saddling & final tack check

11:35–12:00 Practice patterns & walk-through

12:00–12:15 Snack break

12:15–12:45 Lunch (early for show prep)

12:45–1:00 Final horse prep & rider briefing

1:00–3:00 – HORSE SHOW (2 HOURS)

3:00 Parent pick-up


***Please submit our Required Liability Release Google Form before attending camp, this form also allows parents to submit basic student information (name, age, emergency contact, etc)

Other important information:

RSVP's and liability forms are required to attend.

Must be paid in full - Non refundable

Rider age is 8 years minimum.

Heeled boots required, no tennis shoes or sandals (rain boots OK).

Jeans required.

Please plan ahead with water, snacks, bug spray & sunscreen.

We have certified riding helmets available (NO bike helmets please.)

This horse day camp runs rain or shine.
