This orientation is required in order to join our regular riding lesson program. All ages are welcome to sign up.
This is also an opportunity to enter our program. If you do not attend an orientation you will remain on the waitlist.

New Rider Orientation Day 11/2 at Misty's Mission Stables

Join us Saturday, November 2nd @ 3:00PM for a New Rider Orientation session.
If you are looking to join our riding lesson program (as a youth or adult rider) you will be required to attend at least 1 New Rider Orientation session.
These orientation sessions are 2 hours long and will overview basics of our lessons:
- Grooming Horses
- Safety handling and leading horses
- Western tack, saddling & riding
- Safety, Mounting and Basic cues while riding
We will have 10 spots available for orientation. Cost is $50/ student. Pre-payments are required to reserve a spot.

*Please wear jeans and boots (rain boots are ok) for safety around our horses. We provided certified riding helmets for the riding session.
Join us for an evening of Horse Activities for Youth on Thursday, November 7th @ 5:00PM
All kids ages 4 - 17 are welcome to join us for an evening of horse grooming, hands on learning about equine care and ground work with horses. Art activities, drinks and snacks will also be provided. We are asking a fee of $15 / youth participant for this event. Families are welcome to join to socialize and learn as well.

Art activities for kids, meet & groom our horses, learn all about our great equine education & riding Lesson program.
We ask all youth participants pay $15 fee to participate.
Please dress warm! Our barn is not heated in the winter.
Food & drinks will be provided.
Options to ride may be available depending on weather.
